Continuing to build its reputation as a premier supplier within the underground mining production and development industry. This leading mining services organisation is looking to add further depth to its engineering capability.
To accommodate anticipated growth and current commitments, an opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering design and drawing office. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will be responsible for the design and equipment selection for underground coal developments and operations throughout Australia and overseas.
To be successful in this position; you will possess a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and have experience working in the mining or heavy industrial sector (consultancy or OEM preferred). You€™ll have a keen interest in design of mining equipment and be able to guide CAD technicians in the production of accurate 3D models and detail drawings.
