This thriving commercial contractor has delivered some of Australia€˜s most recognised projects for both private and public sector clients. They have recently been awarded this $30M project consisting of mixed commercial and residential work.

They are now looking for a motivated project manager who has the ability to deliver this multi-million dollar project, managing all phases of construction from civil through till structural and fit out. You will be responsible for overall management of the contracts process including tendering and cost control, preparation of schedules and project management plans, safety and environmental management plans, quality assurance, budget and reporting of project progress.

As the Project Manager you will have exceptional people management skills and be able to supervising direct staff performance and assisting where needed. Your interpersonal skills will allow you to build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring they are informed of progress and their expectations are met.

You will have delivered multiple commercial projects in either the public or private sector, have a degree qualification in construction management or an engineering field, or have equivalent experience in a project management role.
