The ideal candidate is currently in a fast paced hire organisation in a hands on administration role and is seeking the next step up into a more responsible and autonomous job were you can take ownership of the role and pride in the outcomes.
This key position is responsible for the scheduling of all equipment in their mining business, across states and and sourcing cross hire equipment as required to augment the timetable.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will maintain the database and equipment status daily, liaising with other staff and key suppliers in the maintenance and supply area, ensuring that the customers needs are paramount. Further, you will anticipate upcoming requirements based on your developed knowledge of the equipment and ensure that the logistics, safety, statutory, industrial relations and environmental considerations are covered off in the system. You will also need to be able to clearly demonstrate organisational and advanced computer skills in the current demanding enenvironment.
You will need a good eye for detail and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, ever changing environment, with a "take action and make it happen culture".
