This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join one of Australia\'s leading mid-tier commercial contractors. Established in Newcastle for over 10 years this market leading builder has built a strong team in the Northern NSW region, and is a competitive force across this area.

Due to a dramatic increase in their project portfolio they are now looking for a motivated and career focussed Project Manager to join the team here in the Hunter.

You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, contracts administrators and foreman across multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to a high quality standard. You will be responsible for liaising with the clients and senior management to report on the progress and financial status of the project.

To be successful in this role you will have

• 5+ years experience in commercial project management
• Delivered commercial projects between the value of $5M-$20M
• Exceptional people management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of contracts administration
